I'll guide you through a plan tailored to you that includes breathing progressions, mobility drills and low impact stability exercises. Feel what it's like to have free range of motion in your spine and hips again as you gain back ability to neurologically recruit your deep intrinsic core muscles responsible for coordinating all movement. We'll record everything we cover in each session on your phone so you have a resource that's specific to your individual corrections, cueing and sequences to refer back to as you carry out the program independently. A few follow up appointments give us the chance to make adjustments, address questions, and progress the program to keep you on track and ensure a thorough grasp of the work.
